BISC Booking FAQ’s

From your computer or mobile device, navigate to https://spa.bisccosmetics.com/booknow,

  • Select the date you want to book on the left or the hamburger icon on the left if you are on a mobile
  • On the search bar in the middle enter the name of the service you wish to book
  • Once you find the service you are looking for, select the book
  • make sure the service listed is the intended service you want to book and select Next (if it is a single service) or continue if it is a Package
  • Select the date and time for your appointment and click book
  • you will be presented with a payment page, enter your details, and agree with our deposit conditions
  • Select if you are paying on the deposit at this time or the full amount
  • Click confirm.
  • You will be taken to the cart page, confirm everything is good, next hit proceed to checkout
  • you can pay with MasterCard, VISA, AA, Interac Money transfer, Paypal and Gift Cards

To manage your appointment (re-book, cancel or update), go to https://spa.bisccosmetics.com/client/

  • Enter your email address (the same email you used when booking the appointment)
  • You would receive a unique link in your inbox, click on the link to be taken to your dashboard
  • You can add, delete and manage your appointment there.

Please note the Purchase agreement below, and ensure your cancellation and rebooking are within the terms

A Deposit is required to book an appointment.

Please note that cancellation/time changes within 24hrs of your appointment are subject to a $40 Fee


1. If you do not show up for your appointment you would forfeit your deposit


2. If you show up for your appointment 10 mins late you forfeit your deposit

To book other sessions when you purchase a package, go to https://spa.bisccosmetics.com/client/

  • Enter your email address (the same email you used when booking the appointment)
  • You would receive a unique link in your inbox, click on the link to be taken to your dashboard
