We ask all our clients to pay a deposit at the point of appointment booking, in other to keep your place in our booking system. This deposit is non-refundable but would be applied toward your appointment if you show up on time for the appointment. If you are a no show or arrive 10minute late for your scheduled appointment, the deposit amount would be forfeited.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs to your scheduled appointment, your deposit would be forfeited.
