WE HAVE A STRICT CANCELATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR
APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PENALTY. FAILURE TO PROVIDE 24 HOURS
NOTICE YOU WILL FORFEIT THAT APPOINTMENT FROM YOUR PACKAGE.
FOR NEW CLIENTS OR SINGLE APPOINTMENT CLIENTS,
A $45 A RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING ANY
FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
LATE POLICY:
IF YOU ARE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT THIS MAY RESULT IN
TREATMENT TIME IS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE
ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WE WILL NOT RUN INTO ANOTHER
CLIENT’S TREATMENT TIME. IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE. IT IS OUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFIL YOUR TREATMENT TIME OR AS SCHEDULED.
WE UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP HOWEVER IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. WE RESPECT OUR CLIENTS
TIME AND WE TRY OUR VERY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE WHEN NEED BE.
THIS POLICY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
